HOW DO I START A RETURN?

To start a return, visit the Start A Return page.
With the order number and email, we will be able to identify the product you need to return. To initiate a return, please visit the “Start A Return” page.
By providing your order number and email, we can easily identify the product you wish to return.

During the return process, we will assess the product’s condition using photographs. Once this assessment is complete, we will send you a return shipping label or code.

WHAT QUALIFIES FOR A RETURN?

Items eligible for return are those that are unused, unwashed, undamaged, still have all original tags attached, and are within the 30-day return period.

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED. WHAT DO I DO?

Should your item arrive damaged, kindly inform us within 3 days via our Easy Return Portal. Simply select the “Item is Damaged” option, and we’ll promptly address the issue. For a more efficient resolution, we advise having photos of the damaged product ready in advance. Alternatively, feel free to reach out to us directly at contact@cartseer.com.

I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM. WHAT DO I DO?

If you’ve received an item of the wrong size or color, you can request a return through our Easy Return Portal. Simply select the “received a wrong item” option, and we will promptly send you an email with a return label. To expedite the process, we suggest having photos of the received product ready before initiating the request.

WHAT PACKAGING SHOULD I SEND THE RETURN IN?

You are free to return your items in the original packaging, which is the most sustainable option and the one we highly value. However, if you prefer, you can use any other packaging that ensures the products get back to us in perfect condition.
